Olivia Gadd

Growing up on a farm in Country Victoria, Olivia made the move to the Sunshine Coast back in 2016 and has now chosen to call Nambour home. Having grown up on a farm, Olivia learnt the importance of hard work and strong community connections, making her the perfect fit for the Ray White Nambour team. 

Olivia's previous background working as a Maintenance Manager with a large portfolio of properties has equipped her with a strong understanding of the Property Management department. She has extensive experience of working with landlords, tenants and trades to provide a high level of service to ensure a positive outcome for all parties involved. These skills, combined with her proactive and disciplined approach are what enables her to be a fantastic Property Manager.

Having owned her own home, Olivia understands the importance of leaving your investment property in safe hands. On the weekend, you will find her fishing off Mooloolaba, crabbing in Maroochydore, visiting friends and family or spending time with her beloved White Swiss Shepherds Layla & Alfie.
